or function, contribute to making this world a better

place to live for the current and future generations,

and exert their direct influence on me, namely my

family (wife and son), grandmother, father (in

memory), mother, siblings, collaborators, strategic

partners, mentors, coaches, students, friends and the

Mozambican people.

Lord our God, who rules over all the earth, ever

mindful of the covenant and promise you swore to keep

for a thousand generations as an everlasting covenant for

Israel:

Teach us to invoke, celebrate and praise the Lord before

the Ark of the Covenant of God, giving a foretaste of the

future worship that becomes a permanent feature of

temple worship.

Prepare our expeditionary campaigns over the

surrounding nations, taking care to ensure that the share

of the spoils is used for the building of the temple, and

may the Lord protect all our enterprises.

Keep us from Satan's enticement to fall into sin, but

clothe us with repentance so that we may pray earnestly

for forgiveness.

Make us strong and courageous, deign to grant us

wisdom and intelligence to apply ourselves to observing the

Law of the Lord, so that we may prosper and build the

temple of the Lord, where you will forever form the throne

of His kingship over Israel, counting that the true temple of

God is our body and community.
